Today I will give a tutorial on how to install the ads.txt file on a WordPress blog using cPanel. There are two ways to install it first, you open notepad and write the line of code below in the notepad file earlier.

Important: Make sure you replace pub-0000000000000000 with your own publisher ID. You can see your publisher ID on your AdSense dashboard on the account menu> Account Information.

After that you save with the name ads.txt then you have to upload the file in the root folder of your website/blog page. For example techbytebox.blogspot.com/ads.txt, you can upload the file via FTP or via the file manager on your hosting.

The second way you can directly create ads.txt file in the file manager on your hosting like the image that I marked in red below.

After that, name your file with the name ads.txt as shown below.

After that, add a line of code like in the first step and don't forget to change your Adsense Display ID to your Adsense display ID. After adding the code line above, please click Save Changes as shown below.

After following the steps above you have successfully installed ads.txt on your WordPress blog using cPanel, to see if the installation has been successful please type the domain / ads.txt into your browser if what is displayed is the information line of code you added earlier then you have successfully installed ads.txt file on your blog.
